The following is the excogitated installation method by the technicians
of Liangfeng and the experts of Japanese modern floorboard installation
and Taiwan experts.
1) The cement floor
should be flat and dry.
2) Either a layer of
asphaltum paper should be lay on the cement floor (the joints of the
asphaltum papers should be cross-pressed for 10 centimeters) or two
or three layers of pitch should be paved on the floor.
3) Again, pave a piece
of plywood of 60*122cm, 9mm-15mm thick, which was painted a layer
of pitch on the side against the cement floor. The plywood should
be clenched on the cement floor and cannot become less crowded. If
strip battens are used to be the frame wood, the strip battens should
be clenched on the cement floor without any gap and the interval between
two nails should not exceed 30mm.
4) Again, pave two layers
of dampproof paper on the plywood. The joints of the dampproof papers
should be cross-pressed for 20 centimeters and the paper should be
paved beyond basement for 10 centimeters.
5) Pave "LiangFeng"
wood floorboard at last.
6) There should be 5mm
to 10mm between the floorboard and the basement. And no gluewater
is allowed to exist between the floorboard and the basement.
7) While installation,
each floorboard should not be too close in case slightly natural distortion
(in terms of the situation of putting a piece of packaging strap).
8) If some floorboards
are too hard, gas nail should not be used but screw nail works.
9) In order to keep
the normal indoor temperature, pleases move to the house in 5 days
after installation.
10) Please install conformixng
to the above guideline. Otherwise, all the loss caused by incorrect
installation is out of our company's responsibility. |

1) After installation,
please open the windows to adjust the temperature indoor.
2) When remove dust
please use the mop or cleaner, and the mophead should be made up by
aba or synthetic fibre.
3) Generic dirt can
be removed by wet cloth with cleanser. Specific dirt should be removed
by rosin liquor or cleaning wax.
4) Avoid scrape the
surface with keen-edged thing.
5) More than 10% humidity
of the floorboard will cause distortion (the humidity of the floorboard
ranges from 8% to 12% when leave factory). |
